I received my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Maryland Baltimore in 1994 and am a licensed certified clinical social worker through the State of Maryland. Over the past twenty-nine years, I’ve had the pleasure of providing mental health services to people from many different economic, racial, ethnic, gender identity, sexual orientation, and religious backgrounds.
My goal is to help you find solutions that work for you on an individual basis, and help you to discover the true potential your life holds. There may be no quick-fix solution when it comes to dealing with things from the past that have been difficult, but we can work together to find comfort, resilience, and solutions to the challenges you face. Through various techniques and long-standing approaches with proven results, we’ll be able to figure out what behaviors and/or thoughts might be holding you back from living your best life, and finding meaning in everyday situations.
